Application
|
“MINICLAVE” is used for steam sterilization of a wide range of instruments, rubber articles, metal components and fabric commonly sterilized in any Hospital. Sterilization can be carried out at 1210 C or 1340 C depending on the load configuration for settable sterilization times.

Design Standard
|
The pressure vessel is designed as per ASME SEC VIII and welding joints are partially radio graphed for high security.

Chamber Size
|
Model A- 400 Ø x 600 mm long. 75 liters. Single Door Only
Model B - 500 Ø x 900 mm long. 175 liters. Single Door Only
Model C - 600 Ø x 1200 mm long. 340 liters. Single or Double Door available.

Chamber
|
The chamber is Horizontal Cylindrical in shape and is fabricated from stainless steel S.S. 304 with full argon welding. The S.S. chamber has a high resistance to steam corrosion. The chamber is easily cleanable and is designed to ensure full draining of condensates. A removable screen plug is provided in the drain lines to prevent clogging of the drainpipes and fittings. The chamber is provided with a safety valve.

Jacket
|
The chamber is re-enforced with stainless steel S.S.304 jacket. The jacket besides re-enforcing the chamber also ensures temperature uniformity in the sterilization space. The jacket is provided with a safety valve.

Insulation
|
The jacket is insulated with 25mm thick non-fiber shredding resin bonded glass wool, which is held in place with an anodized Hammer toned aluminum outer cover.

Door
|
Single / Double
“MINICLAVE” has a manual, hinged door. The door is fabricated from SS 304. The high temperature resistant silicone-sealing gasket is pneumatically actuated for effective door sealing.
Model A has a single Door.
Model B has a single Door.
Model C has the option of either single or double door.

The steam generator is fabricated from stainless steel SS 304. Water filling is automatic. The steam generator is insulated with resin embedded rubber sheet with aluminum cover to prevent heat loss. A safety valve is provided. Automatic water level control along with low water level protection is provided to safeguard the SS 304 heaters.

Vacuum System.
|
A high capacity water ring Vacuum Pump is provided for creating vacuum in the chamber for mechanical air removal prior to sterilization and subsequently for post sterilization vacuum drying.

PLC Control System.
|
The steam sterilizer is operated through a PLC. The PLC is equipped with a non-erasable memory and battery back up for in-interrupted operation.

Recorder
|
A compact Thermal Recorder is provided for batch record of temperature/ pressure & time.
|
|
Colored HMI
|
A 5.7” color touch screen is provided for greater graphic process visualization. All message, temperature and pressures are easily displayed on the LCD.
The HMI also displays MIMIC process flow diagram , which enables to understand the various process stages.

All valves are sturdy, reliable and long lasting. The valves are suitable for high temperatures and high pressures. The valves are automatically operated through the PLC.

Enclosure
|
The “MINICLAVE” is provided with powder coated paneling on all sided with service door. The panels can be easily detached for ease of service & maintenance.

Shifting Wheels
|
The ‘MINICLAVE” has four, lockable PU wheels for ease of shifting the machine to any convenient location.
|

Safety
|
- Door lock to prevent door opening when the chamber is pressurized.
- Over pressure safety valve for jacket and chamber.
- Low water level protection is provided in steam generator.
- The door cannot be opened when the process is on.
- The process will not start if the door is not sealed.
- Door interlock for double door machines.
