Q. How to place an order online ?

IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER TO  SITE  :

Step 1: Go to the product you wish to Buy.

Step 2: Click on  "Buy online", a  " CREATE  AN ACCOUNT "form will appear for filling in your Login details.

Step 3: Fill the form and submit it. This will make you a  registered user of buyxavier. ( Note: Remember your password always.) You are guided BACK  to your product page.

Step 4: Now click on "Buy online" beside the product.  Window with entering PIN CODE to "check Supply & Service availability in your area" appears.

Step 5: Enter your area PIN CODE, and click on " CHECK".  if you get a GREEN Message as  SUPPLY & SERVICE AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA, Means we can supply in your area, Now Click  on the blue  "BUY ONLINE "

Step 6: You are guided to our online purchase page: 

 A. If you wish to add more products Click on "Continue Shopping" & you will be guided back to the home page, to select more products.

 B. If you click on "Place Order" you will be guided to  ORDER SUMMARY PAGE, with the Delivery address.

 C. If you click on " Proceed to Payment" it implies you understand the Terms Of Services  & PRIVACY POLICY and wish to proceed with the purchase.

 D. You are guided to the Payment page. You can view your final Amount. You can view  Payment Methods, like QR CODE SCAN/ GOOGLE PAY/PAYTM/ PHONE PE/ Bank details provided for  IMPS/RTGS/NEFT. Also, a COD(Cash on Delivery ) option given, where 50 % amount has to be transferred by any of the payment methods mentioned, and information of payment has to be informed to our Customer care 8008895680 / by Phone/ whats app/ SMS.

Step 5: Enter your area PIN CODE, and click on " CHECK".  if you get a GREEN Message as  SUPPLY & SERVICE AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA, Means we can supply in your area, Now Click  on the Green   " I am interested in this product to call me back  "

Step 6: A CALL BACK REQUEST  form will appear with your details already filled in. Just select the quantity and Delivery time and Click SUBMIT.

Q. Getting interested product technical details call back request process for a already registered user

STEP 1: Go to the product you wish to purchase.

Step 2: Click  on Green  " I am interested in this product to call me back "

Step 3: Window will appear for PIN CODE, to check supply & service availability in your area, Enter PIN CODE and click  "CHECK" if you get a green message as Supply and service available in your area, then click on Green  "  I am interested in this product to call me back ".

Step 4: Form will appear with your details auto-filled in, just fill in the QUANTITY  and TIME OF DELIVERY, and click SUBMIT.

YOU HAVE SENT YOUR CALL BACK REQUEST  SUCCESSFULLY, AND OUR CUSTOMER CARE  DEPT WILL CONTACT YOU ON  TECHNICAL DETAILS, PAYMENT AND  DELIVERY TIME.

Q. if I need any Demonstration of machine prior to buying ,whom to contact ?

If the user needs/wishes to see the machine demonstration prior to placing an order the following is the method to do so. 

If you are a NEW USER

Step 1: Go to the product you wish to see the demonstration.

Step 2: Click on  "Request Demo", a  " CREATE  AN ACCOUNT "form will appear for filling your Login details.

Step 3: Fill the form and submit. This will make you a  registered user of buyxavier. ( Note: Remember your password always.) You are guided back to your product page.

Step 4: Now click on "Request Demo" beside the product.  POP UP  form with details to be filled in appears.

Step 5: Fill the form completely and  Click SUBMIT.

Step 6: You will be guided to the Product page with a Message "YOUR DEMO REQUEST IS TAKEN, DEMO DETAILS WILL BE INFORMED TO YOU BY OUR CUSTOMER CARE DIV SOON, our Customer care will call you to reconfirm the demo date and time,  any changes in demonstration day/time will be intimated to you.

Q. How many days it takes for delivery once I order ?

The normal time for delivery of any order is 5 to 15 working days. Subject to Force major conditions. ( As mentioned in Terms of services)

Q. Can I order goods on COD Basis ?

Yes, the goods can be ordered on COD Basis. by following the normal  BUY ONLINE  steps. once you reach the payment stage, you will see the payment modes, in which a COD option is given where you can Pay 50% amount through QR Scan / Google pay/ Paytm, Phone pe or by NEFT/IMPS/RTGS to our bank account. After payment of 50% for the COD option, the customer has to intimate Customer care on 8008895680  by Call/ what's app, SMS that payment is made.

Q. Can I return goods after taking delivery ?

The Return policy is mentioned in the TOS(Terms of Service) section. However, Goods which are mentioned as NON-RETURNABLE on the site at the product page cannot be returned.

Q. Do you charge for posts made in Your FREE SERVICE for staff requirement or Job requirement ?

NO, we do not charge, its a  FREE and Complimentary service to Medical fraternity from www.buyxavier.com

On top of the home page "REQUEST FOR SERVICE" BOX is prominently placed, by Clicking on the "REQUEST FOR SERVICE"  Box, a pop-up SERVICE FORM, appears, with details of logged-in customer auto-filled. The customer has to Fill the following: INVOICE NO, MACHINE NAME, MACHINE MODEL, WARRANTY DETAILS, NATURE OF PROBLEM, and CLICK   "SUBMIT"
