Structure: · Made of aluminum extruded tubes with a powder-coated finish. · Drawers fitted with sliding channels for smooth movement. · Sliding writing tray at the middle for use. · Four large diameter caster wheels with front castors equipped with individual brakes. · Mounted with one no. dip stand with hooks. · Handle fitted on both sides for easy maneuverability. · Equipped with an electrical distribution box at the back with 2 no.5/15A 5-pin socket, two no. On/Off switches. · Space for mounting up to two vaporizers. · Bar display size length: 12 inches & width: 6 inches. Gas Inlet: · Cylinder Inlet: Four nos., pin indexed Yoke, 2 nos. each for O2 & N2O. · Central Pipe Line Inlet: Non-interchangeable pipeline connection for O2, N2O, Air & Vacuum. Pressure Regulators: · 2-stage regulation. · Each gas service is fitted with high-performance regulators for two-stage reduction. Pressure Indicators (Pressure Gauges): · High & low-pressure gauges for individual cylinder pressure indication of O2 & N2O. · Line pressure gauges for monitoring O2, N2O, and air pressure. · Vacuum system equipped with a vacuum gauge. Flowmeter with Oxygen Ratio Controller: · Cascade type five-tube rotameter assembly for flow control of O2, N2O, and Air. · Unique design for easy service and maintenance. · Each gas control valve is fitted with specific knobs. · Oxygen Ratio Controller ensures a minimum of 25% oxygen in the O2 - N2O mixture. Oxygen Low Pressure Alarm: · Audio & visual alarm for low oxygen pressure in the rotameter. Air/N2O Interlock: · Prevents selecting Air with N2O. Vaporizer Manifold: · One thermo-compensated vaporizer provided. · Space for mounting another vaporizer. Oxygen Flush: · Designed to supply emergency oxygen to the patient at the rate of 30 – 75 lpm. · The push button switch of the unit is mono stable type and to be pressed for use. Gas Outlet: · Equipped with 1 outlet each for O2, Air, and Vacuum Inlet. Anaesthesia Ventilator (Electrically Driven): · Microcontroller-based, compatible with Circle Absorber Bain's circuit. · Adjustable safety valve {10 to 60 cm H2O}. · Automatic spill device and display parameters. Modes: CMV with Tidal Volume 50 to 1200 ml, Frequency 6 to 40 bpm, Inspiratory time 0.4 to 3 seconds, I/E ratio 1:1 to 1:5., Inspiratory hold: 0 to 2 seconds |
