TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Structure: Square tubular Electrostatic powder coated steel sections.

Top Tray: Rigid top tray for monitor

Table Top: Stainless Steel

Drawer: One/ Two large storage drawer

Cylinder Yokes: Gas specific yokes & gauges with clamping bars, dual for Oxygen and one for Nitrous Oxide.

Mobility: Four large diameters anti static caster wheels with ball bearings, front castors have brakes.

Pressure Gauges: Two for O₂ & One for N₂O cylinders pressure & one O₂ line pressure.

Regulators: For higher efficiency & reliability two for Oxygen & One for Nitrous oxide.

Non-return cum pressure release valve: Minimizes risk of back flow of gases, blows off when pressure exceeds 200 cm H₂O.

Oxygen Failure: Pneumatic device which activates audible alarm (for minimum 10 seconds) when Oxygen supply pressure falls to 205 kPa.

Vaporizers: Space for One Vaporizer provided as standard. Vaporizers are optional.

Flow meters: Long (upto 260mm) rotating bobbin flow meters calibrated in double/ triple scale, antistatic & non-interchangeable:-

• Oxygen - 100 ml/min. to 10 liters/min.
• Nitrous oxide - 100 ml/min. to 12 liters/min.

Oxygen being a preferred gas kept on downstream of other Gas.

Oxygen Flush: Emergency Oxygen flush outlet button at table level (36-50 lit/min.)

Change Over Unit: Change over unit is provided for open or close circuit.

Breathing Circuit: Standard Bain Circuit.

Nitrous Cut-off: Provide Nitrous Cut-off system prevents risk of administrating 100% Nitrous Oxide in absence of Oxygen pressure.

Standard Accessories: One / Two built-in Oxygen outlets (422 kPa) for driving ventilators, key spanner for A type cylinders, face mask for Adult & Pediatric.

Optional (Available at extra cost):

• Calibrated vaporizers: Halothane/ isoflurane vaporizers are agent specific colour coded, Selectatec (Selectatec is a BOC trademark) or cage mount, temperature, flow & pressure compensated with calibration (in different models)
• Un calibrated Vaporizers: Goldman / vaporizers are supplied on demand.
• Oxygen ratio controller: To prevent administering less than 25% Oxygen in patient circuit.
• Circle absorber: Single/ double chamber as required.
• Bain circuit (Adult & Paed.), Extra re-breathing bag (antistatic) 0.5, 1, 1.5 liters.
• Gas scavenging system: Provides active and passive waste / expired gas scavenging.
• Flow meters can be configured for 3 tube flow meter (with air) or 5/4 tube Cascade for low flow.
• Basal flow, Cylinders, Bulk conversion units for O₂ & N₂O
• Laryngoscopes, Oxygen therapy equipments etc.
• Anaesthesia Ventilators.
• Anaesthesia Systems are also available in stainless steel structure.
